			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Contrary to popular belief, just because you want to lose weight doesn&#8217;t mean that you have to starve.  Many people tend to starve or follow crash diets but nothing beats eating the right way and losing weight.  I believe that if you eat the right foods, you will not only lose weight but also become healthy.  Like many people, I too have been following various eating plan that resulted in my weight going up and down.  And then my friend told me that I&#8217;ve been doing all wrong.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I should just eat what I&#8217;m used to eat and not simply something that I&#8217;ve never come across just because a certain weight loss program told me to do so.  All you need to do is to adopt some restrains when you are eating.  Or be smarter when you are at the dining table.  Here are some of the tips to smarter meals. . .  Decrease your portions by half Good news: You can lose weight and still enjoy your favorite foods.  You can do that by decreasing your portion sizes by half.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Take your typical dinner serving and decrease it by half.  If you feel hungry afterwards, try supplementing your meal with fresh fruit or vegetables on the side.  Drink a lot of water.  Eat slowly.  After you eat, wait a few minutes to allow yourself to feel full.  You will probably notice you don&#8217;t feel the urge to eat as much.  Don&#8217;t eat a three-course meal at restaurants When dining out, watch how much you are eating.  Most restaurants serve huge portions for the main course.  Eating an appetizer, main course, and desert is too much food.  Many restaurants offer lunch size portions of their dishes, which are smaller than their full-size dinner entrees.  Don&#8217;t biggie-size anything Fast food portions are normally too large.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Upsizing meals give you extra food you don&#8217;t need.  If you decide to eat fast food (which you shouldn&#8217;t actually), order the regular size or better still the kiddies size.  Start Reading Labels Look carefully at the serving size for your food.  Find out how many servings you are actually consuming.  You will soon know how to measure a serving size simply by looking at the food.  No Buffets!!!It is nearly impossible to practice portion control in an &#8220;all-you-can-eat&#8221; situation.  Many individuals mistakenly eat as much as possible in a buffet.  This is not good for someone on a diet.</p>

We shuffle on the treadmill and exercise bike but somehow the results just don&#8217;t seem to be there.  What if you could exercise and lose 10 to 20 pounds over a three week period.  It can be simple if you use a weight loss discovery of some of the United States top competitive bodybuilders.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A simple course of this medication taken over a three week period will unlock your body&#8217;s own metabolism and enable you to maximize the effectiveness of your current exercise regime. This is normal and is a sign of your generally elevated metabolism.  While on the clenbuterol three week regime in combination with at least twenty minutes exercise every day your body will be burning fat at an increased rate all the time and at a significantly increased rate during your exercise.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Another point to consider is that if it is the first time you have taken clenbuterol then you must establish for yourself what the optimal dosage is for you.  Normally effective doses for women will be between 40-100mcg while for a man between 80-160mcg.  At the start of your clenbuterol cycle you will begin on a dosage of 20-40mcg for two days, then you increase the dosage to 40-80mcg for two more days.    You will feel the clenbuterol working during your workouts or exercise.  If your hands are shaking slightly at this stage it will subside within a day.  If the trembling continues you are taking slightly too much and you will need to reduce your dose by 20-40mcg per day.  You have now established your maximum dosage for effective use of clenbuterol and will achieve optimal results for your effort.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It should also be stressed again that it is also very important that four or five days before you reach the end of your three week cycle you halve your dosage for two days and then halve the dosage again to safely and effectively discontinue your clenbuterol cycle.</p>
